Job Responsibility:- Attending to client’s briefing and site visit included site measurement.- Work closely with the team in developing design concept proposal and present to client.- Creative and innovative and handling all design related scopes including space planning, layout plans, design conceptualization, material proposal, colour scheme and detail drawing..- Create visuals, design layout and finished artwork such as layout plans, detailed drawings, as-built drawing, 2D & 3D perspective drawings and sample boards.- Ensure all design changes and solution are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.- To perform other responsibilities as assigned.

As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients, architects, and project managers to design and execute interior spaces that align with our clients' needs and aesthetic preferences. You will be involved in various stages of the design process, from concept development and space planning to material selection and project management. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of design, and a deep understanding of current industry trends. <Responsibilities>- Able to create concept boards, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.- Able to produce 3D perspective visual and conceptualizing to help clients visualize the final design concept.- Develop full detailed interior design drawing sets, including space layouts, furniture selections, lighting plans, and material specifications.- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to determine design goals, functional requirements, and budget constraints.- Source and select materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories that meet project requirements and align with the overall design vision.- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to continuously enhance design offerings.
