• Job Description

  ・Work closely with the director to understand the company’s mission, vision, and long-term strategies.
  ・Support day-to-day business operations and gradually take on management responsibilities across departments in the future.
  ・Identify and assess potential business opportunities both within the current industry (e.g., glass products) and in new sectors such as the canning industry or packaging.
  ・Develop feasibility studies, market analysis, and strategic proposals for new ventures.
  ・Proactively source and evaluate potential local and international business partners for strategic collaboration.
  ・Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth.
  ・Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and reliable delivery timelines.
  ・Negotiate with suppliers and maintain vendor relationships for long-term sustainability.
  ・Understand clients’ business needs through consultation and active listening.
  ・Propose tailored solutions and services that align with the client’s requirements and company capabilities.
  ・Learn and internalize key leadership responsibilities from the director, including decision-making, people management, and business acumen.
  ・Prepare to assume higher leadership responsibilities and eventually succeed the director in managing the company.
  ・Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, R&D, finance) to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.
  ・Support the development of internal capabilities through mentorship, process improvement, and implementation of best practices.
  ・Stay up to date with market and industry developments relevant to the core business and potential new sectors.
  ・Recommend and implement innovative solutions or improvements to maintain competitiveness.
  ・Participate in budgeting, financial reviews, and business performance tracking.
  ・Provide insights and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
