Job Description
・Develop and implementation of sales strategies
・Negotiates, builds and maintains relationships with distributors
・Distributor PSI and KPI management
・Implementation of marketing plan
・Organize, recruit and manage own sales team
・KPI evaluation of own sales team
Business travel frequency : 2 weeks in a month (usually 5 days x 2 times)
Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Minimum consecutively working for 5 years as Sales/Marketing Manager (or AM) at the same company in any industries
- Possess distributer sales experience in overseas branch
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PPT
- Possess drivers license and have an own car
<Advantage>
- Work experience at Japanese company
- Japanese speaker (regardless the level)English Level
