  • Job Description

    - To build medium term growth strategies and action plans in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines for the company's products: Ophthalmology and Dental medical device
    - To travel to the overseas markets to gather local information to build strategies and action plans
    - To build and keep good relationships with existing local distributors and healthcare professionals
    - Provide monthly work plans and weekly activity reports to the Chief of representative office
    - To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary

    Business travel frequency : 2 weeks in a month (usually 5 days x 2 times)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Minimum 5 years experience in Sales/Marketing position of business with distributor (doesn't matter the industry)
    - Willing to travel overseas : Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines
    - Language : English
    - Able to work independently with minimum supervision
    - Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PPT
    - Possess drivers license and have an own car

    <Advantage>
    - Experience in Medical device related company, especially in Ophthalmology or dental field
    - Work experience at Japanese company
    - Japanese speaker (regardless the level)

Additional Information

  • Benefit

    Basic Salary : RM 10,000 - RM 12,500
    - No commission
    - Transportation allowance : RM 200
    (No carpark subsidies)
    - Meal Allowance : RM 200
    - Business trip allowance : RM60 per night (not entitled for day trip)
    - All the trip expenses to visit clients will be claimable to the company

    <Benefits>
    - Medical benefit : claimable up to RM 2,000 / year
    - Insurance : available
    - Bonus : once a year, subject to the company performance
    - AL : 12 days / MC : 14 days
