    This is a shared service center for a famous biotech company

    Location: Subang Jaya

    Job Scope:
    > Supports Standard and Non-Standard Software, Hardware & Infrastructure.
    > Provide 1st level technical & customer support for services for our internal employees
    > Can support standard and non-standard software, hardware & infrastructure.
    > Support and handles incidents & requests with few channels like 60% phone, 5% chat, 30% email and 5 % self-service portal request.
    > Mainly guide customers on self-service portal, provide good customer experiences, IT troubleshooting

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Education: Diploma in IT / Computer Science is advantage
    - Experience : 1 year China/Taiwan market customer service/IT support experience (non China/Taiwan market IT support experience can be considered if candidate is graduated from China/Taiwan)
    *this position is required to support China/Taiwan market in Mandarin hence native level of speaking, reading & writing in Mandarin is compulsory
