• Job Description

  1.1 Source funding for centre(s) expansion
  1.2 Source funding for fixed assets
  1.3 Source funding for working capital
  2.1 Maintains Fixed Asset register for depreciation of assets
  2.2 Monthly calculation/postings of depreciation to accounts
  2.3 Keep track of movements of Fixed Asset
  3.1 Maintain records for Term & HP Loans facilities
  3.2 Monthly calculation/postings of interest to accounts
  4.1 Product costing
  4.2 Centre costing
  5.1 Itemize costing for surgery
  5.2 Itemize billing for patient ( insurance purpose)
  5.3 Assist in application for panel ship into insurance companies
  6.1 Prepare management accounts
  6.2 Projection of financial accounts
  7.1 Provide & compile documents for audit purpose
  8.1 Provide & compile documents for tax purpose
  8.2 Estimation of tax payable for current/following year
  9.1 Attend to company secretarial matters eg drafting resolution, etc
  9.2 Attend to company secretarial matters of related companies
  10.1 Prepare internal procedures
  10.2 Drafting of agreement eg tenancy agreement
  10.3 Stock checking/verification when required
  10.4 Review accounting system as & when required
