Internal Control Manager cum HRIS Project Manager is responsible for overseeing governance across multiple countries in terms of internal processes for HR, Finance, GA, and IT, while managing the Internal Control team to ensure standardized processes are in place in line with company policies.In addition,this position plays a leading role in the implementation and project management of the company’s new HRIS platform and related workflow systems, including support, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
