  We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Senior Executive, Legal to join our dynamic team. This role supports the Group’s legal and compliance functions, including contract management, internal audits, regulatory monitoring, and cross border collaboration across our Asia Oceania operations.
  
  - Review, vet and occasionally draft commercial agreements and legal documents.
  - Conduct legal audits to ensure contracts and internal processes comply with company policies and relevant laws.
  - Monitor local and overseas regulatory developments that may impact the Group's operations.
  - Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and compliance risks.
  - Assist in developing, reviewing and updating internal legal policies, SOPs, and contract templates, including creating new legal templates where necessary and incorporating relevant changes.
  - Perform legal research and analysis to support decision making.
  - Collaborate with internal teams (Regional Accountants and Compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure legal support is integrated into business operations.
  - Support legal governance and control initiatives across the region.
