工作内容
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records, and database accurately and confidentially
- Manage, maintain, and update the employee handbook to ensure it remains current and aligned with company policies and Malaysian labour laws
- Oversee annual remuneration and benefits review, ensuring alignment with market benchmarking and internal equity
- Analyse market trends and business goals to recommend and implement revisions to compensation and benefits structure
- Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, leave management, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
- Support employee relations including inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Manage end-to-end training and development programs, including HRDC claim processes and implementation
- Ensure proper maintenance of training records, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Evaluate training effectiveness through structured feedback analysis and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes
- Assist in the execution and administration of performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions
- Support managers and employees in preparing and maintaining performance-related documentation and follow-up actions
- Provide advisory support to Heads of Department on employee performance issues and improvement plans
- Support general HR administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Administration
- Manage general office administration tasks and documentation
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement of stationery
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance matters
- Support management in ad-hoc administrative duties as required
资格
任职资格
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Minimum 3 years of HR related working experience
・Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll processing
■ ADVANTAGES
・Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices is an advantage
・Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
・Proficient in the use of Payroll Sytems and Microsoft Office Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
