Job Summary:
- Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process in a defined territory/vertical. From pipeline generation to multi-threaded stakeholder management and deal closure, you’ll create and capture demand, drive complex evaluations, and deliver predictable revenue.
Job Description:
- Pipeline & Prospecting: Build and manage a territory plan aligned to ICP, TAM, and quarterly targets; Source new opportunities via outbound and inbound; Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecast in CRM.
- Discovery & Solutioning: Lead deep discovery; Run tailored demos; Build business cases and ROI analyses.
- Deal Management: Orchestrate enterprise evaluations; Structure pricing and negotiate agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide feedback to Product & PMM; Align with Customer Success; Partner with Marketing.
- Post-Sale Growth: Identify expansion paths; Co-own QBRs with CS; Champion user adoption.
资格
任职资格
- Min Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field
- 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, including closing ≥$500k ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue).
- Experience selling AI/analytics or workflow automation.
- Mastery of MEDDICC/MEDDIC/BANT and negotiating enterprise agreements.
- Comfortable with C-level selling and procurement/legal processes.
