<Summary>
Sales Director will lead and expand the technology sales function, driving revenue growth through strategic market development, enterprise partnerships, and a high-performing sales team.
<Job Description>
-Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
-Lead, coach and scale a team of account executives, business development managers and solution consultants.
-Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and channel resellers.
-Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in key verticals.
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, pricing and product-market fit.
-Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
-Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports and performance analysis to executive leadership.
-Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings and strategic events.
资格
应征条件
<Experience>
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (MBA preferred).
-10+ years of progressive experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
-Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, emerging digital trends and enterprise buyer behavior.
-Demonstrated ability to build, lead and scale high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
-Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
-Results-driven, strategic and comfortable operating at both tactical and executive levels.英文
