  < Key Responsibilities >
  ・Explore and identify new business opportunities and customers; generate leads to grow sales.
  ・Identify and approach the right stakeholders (e.g., architects, quantity surveyors, building designers).
  ・Visit client offices and project sites; meet with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable product solutions.
  ・Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
  ・Implement, monitor, and review sales and marketing plans.
  ・Execute one or more projects in parallel while ensuring quality and timeliness.
  ・Set annual business targets and ensure achievement of monthly sales goals.
  ・Provide professional advice and technical support to customers.
  ・Support the Steel & Special Steel business as required.
  
  < Technical Responsibilities >
  ・Design and calculate floor slabs and associated beams for reinforced concrete (RC) and steel-framed (S) buildings.
  ・Perform design calculations for rebar volume, strength, deflection rate, load capacity, etc.
  ・Read and interpret construction drawings, performing structural calculations using CAD software.
