工作内容
1. Identify and study the market potential for existing and new products in order to achieve the company's goal.
2. Serving and developing existing or new customers.
3. Coordinate the development of the Affiliate Company's product
4. Works with marketing staff to develop and implement sales plans, aimed to increase Sales and profits.
5. Liaise with Engineering, Operation, Production, etc., to ensure product availability and acceptance.
6. Report Marketing and Sales Results to Top Management and Senior Management.
7. Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members.
8. Prepare a Company Business Plan based on Customer Information and Market Forecast.
9. Ensure submit reports on time to Japan Head Quarter.
