工作内容
- Develop and implements the Human Resource procedure and strategy and ensure of its implemented throughout the organisation.
- To manage/monitor HR process which include recruitment, orientation and provide advice and support to the organization which may include industrial relation matter and employee relation.
- Handling the personal jobs such as increment and conformation etc.
- Identify training sources internally and externally, maintain and review relationship with training providers.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll and prepare payroll report to the management.
- To oversee the HR function such as remuneration, benefits, recruitment, training and development.
- Handle staff matters such as reviewing and recommending measure to be taken to enhance industrial relationship, staff morale, grievance, staff activities and working environment.
- To update HR Policy and Employee Handbook periodically.
资格
应征条件
<Must>
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or any other related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of working experience in human resource and administration works.
- Required language: English, Mandarin and Malays.
- Required skills: Microsoft Word & Excel.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent participatory management skills, effective team-builder with high accountability for his/her actions.
