  Company Introduction: Japanese General Trading Company which began with Singapore branch in 2007 and now comes to Malaysia. Product coverage: Iron & Steel Products, Mineral & Metal Resources, Infrastructure Projects, Motor Vehicles, Marine & Aerospace materials, Chemicals, Energy, Foods & Retail, Consumer Services, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, Financial Markets & Transportation Logistics. Currently having 130 employees (Malaysia- Chemical Division), 45,000 (estimated in worldwide).

  Job Responsibilities:
  * To handle general admin task required by division
  * To arrange company car and driver as required
  * To arrange accommodation for guest and their airport transfer accordingly and guest's necessity
  * To assist GM for his biz trip request, claim, entertainment, etc. related with CONCUR system and appointments.
  * To assist or inform related party regarding Perodua and Daihaitsu board meeting
  * To prepare monthly profit and loss report and automotive report
  * To arrange incoming Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and purchase order from Perodua
  * To prepare receivable monthly commission (Agency Business) for Daihatsu and Perodua business in ECC system for monthly closing
  * To prepare receivable dividend from Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd & Perodua Corporation Sdn Bhd (POSB & PCSB) in ECC System
