Improve route planning and make real-time adjustments as needed.- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs. Take corrective actions to address any performance issues.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and maintain strong relationships.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Supervise and coach all the staff on the code of conduct and all the rules & regulation set by the company e.g. arrangement for overnight parcel, fake POD (proof of delivery) and etc.- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and other relevant data for senior management. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the management.
