Shipping & Logistics Administration• Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Form D/E (for ATIGA/ASEAN, India trade).• Forwarder Coordination: Monitor team liaise with freight forwarders and transporters to ensure timely booking of containers (FCL/LCL) and local delivery trucks.• Customs Compliance: Ensure all import/export activities comply with Royal Malaysian Customs Department regulations and MIDA/MITI and LMW & AEO requirements.• Insurance Handling: Monitor Marine Insurance applications and claims for goods in transit to overseas clients.• Communication/ Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with the related internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipping operation and to avoid shipment delays, demurrage charges and any penalties from agencies.
