You will mainly work and commute directly between your home and client sites. As this is our first hire in Malaysia, the new employee will initially carry out route sales independently, with occasional support from our Sales Manager based in Singapore. In case any major issues arise, our Managing Director in Thailand will also provide assistance by visiting Malaysia when necessary.(We do have a sales distributor's office in Penang)・Conduct regular sales visits to existing clients (including needs assessment and after-sales support)・Develop new clients and conduct proposal-based sales activities・Plan and execute sales strategies in collaboration with distributors・Carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets・Business trips within Malaysia are required (e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Johor Bahru, etc.)

Job Responsibilities- Assist in reviewing construction drawings to understand design intent and technical requirements.- Support the preparation and revision of construction drawings using AutoCAD under guidance from senior engineers or project managers.- Help identify drawing discrepancies or clashes and report findings to the relevant architectural, structural, or M&E teams.- Provide on-site technical assistance to construction teams based on approved drawings and instructions from supervisors.- Assist in checking drawings submitted by subcontractors for accuracy and basic compliance with design requirements.- Support coordination between project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth implementation of work at site.- Assist in maintaining and updating as-built drawings and project documentation upon completion.
