Responsibilities▪Responsible to lead, improve and optimize Stamping Tooling department performance in order to achieve Stamping objective & targets and company KPI.▪Execute effective tooling maintenance system to ensure tools readiness for next production run.▪Ensure Tooling department system & process flows are complied to ISO 9001 quality standards & ISO 14001 environmental management system.▪Responsible in strategic planning in terms of manpower, job allocation and spare parts inventory control.▪Responsible to ensure Tooling team efficient and effective to support production schedule to enhance production yield, quality and output.▪Responsible to train, provide guidance, monitor performance as well as discipline of Tool Maker, Engineer and Executive.▪Responsible to identify, resolve and improve the department weakness & maintain 5S housekeeping standard.▪Coordinate closely with Planner, Production, Engineering, Process, Maintenance or any other department if there any issue of tools condition▪Actively lead in continuous improvement project (CIP) for cost savings.▪Handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.Authorities▪Stop machine when there is a quality issue.▪Work with vendor on tooling spare part ordering and fabrication.▪Review and change process flow & procedures.▪Sign waiver for urgent release.
