  • Job Description

    1. Run security monitoring, alert triage, and severity classification (P0–P3) on our SIEM (Alibaba Cloud Threat Analysis / Agentic SOC + SLS)
    2. Write and tune detection rules to improve coverage of key threats (credential stuffing / account takeover, promo & bonus abuse, secret leakage, privilege misuse, ransomware) and reduce false positives
    3. Lead incident response: detect → contain → eradicate → post-mortem, with written reports
    4. Build SOAR automation playbooks in Go (auto-block, isolate, credential handling) to automate repetitive response
    5. Aggregate security logs from all platforms (Alibaba Cloud primary + AWS + Tencent + Cloudflare) into the SIEM for unified analysis, and operate each platform's native security features (Cloud Security Center / GuardDuty / WAF, etc.)
    6. Take part in the on-call rotation to ensure timely alert response

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. 3+ years in security operations / SOC / incident response
    2. Hands-on with a SIEM and log analytics (SLS / Splunk / ELK, any); able to write detection rules
    3. Solid security fundamentals: network, system, web, cloud
    4. Development ability for automation (Go preferred; Python/scripting also fine)
    5. Familiar with the security stack of at least one major public cloud (Alibaba Cloud / AWS / Tencent)
    6. Detail-oriented, accountable, comfortable with on-call
    Nice to Have:
    7. Threat hunting, ATT&CK mapping, SOAR platform experience
    8. Offensive / red-team background
    9. Security experience with payments / high-traffic consumer platforms
    10. Multi-cloud security operations experience
