  UB is seeking a talented and self-driven AI Engineer to develop and continuously enhance the UB OneLine Industrial AI Agent Platform. The platform transforms enterprise knowledge into intelligent AI agents that assist engineering, operations, and business users through natural language interactions, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and intelligent decision support. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Software Engineers, and domain experts to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions for industrial applications.
  
  【Job Responsibilities】
  •Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Architecture: Design, build, and continuously enhance advanced Agentic AI systems, autonomous sub-agents, and collaborative multi-agent frameworks for the Industrial AI Platform.
  •AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: Develop complex, stateful AI orchestration to automate multi-step technical workflows and enable robust tool-calling, API integration, and task delegation.
  •Collaborative Context & Knowledge Engineering: Proactively collaborate with engineering teams, mechanical/electrical designers, and industrial domain experts to extract, map, and structure enterprise data and technical documentation to build highly accurate, structured context files for AI models.
  •High-Performance RAG Pipelines: Architect and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, advanced semantic indexes, metadata tagging strategies, and hybrid vector search algorithms to supply autonomous agents with precise, real-time contextual information.
  •Backend Services & Enterprise API Integration: Develop, deploy, and maintain high-speed, secure backend AI microservices, RESTful APIs (e.g., FastAPI), and webhook integrations for seamless interaction between AI agents and enterprise production machinery.
  •Performance Evaluation & Production Guardrails: Establish rigorous evaluation benchmarks to continuously monitor, benchmark, and improve LLM outputs, cost-per-token efficiency, latency, and agentic reasoning paths while maintaining safety and security guardrails.
  •Technology Ingestion & Continuous Improvement: Research and implement emerging AI breakthroughs, open-source model optimization techniques, context window expansion strategies, and cost-effective prompt engineering patterns to maintain the company's leading edge in industrial AI.
