Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions, primarily through strategic program adjustments.• NPI Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to smoothly transition new products into mass production, with a strong emphasis on SMT-related Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews.• Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the technical escalation point to respond to and resolve complex machine errors, including component vision failures, mechanical faults, and system communication issues.• Technician/Operator Training: Develop and deliver training for SMT technicians/operators covering daily machine operation, proper material replenishment, minor troubleshooting techniques, and standardized changeover procedures.• Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by the manager.
