  【Summary】
  Drive sales growth by developing and managing distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts while leading the sales team and identifying new business opportunities.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  ・Develop new distributors and wholesalers, convert them into customers, and drive long-term business growth.
  ・Maintain existing distributors and wholesalers by building strong customer relationships, sharing product information, and identifying business expansion opportunities.
  ・Assist in establishing sales budgets and support initiatives to continuously improve sales revenue.
  ・Develop sales plans within the agreed budget and review distributor and wholesaler performance on a quarterly basis.
  ・Grow and retain existing accounts by proposing new solutions, ideas, and services to customers.
  ・Assist and support new product development initiatives to meet customer needs and market demands.
  ・Identify opportunities for campaigns, events, services, and new distribution channels to increase sales.
  ・Lead, develop, and manage the sales team to ensure sales processes and activities are carried out effectively.
  ・Monitor customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
  ・Conduct and attend internal and external meetings and prepare relevant reports.
  ・Maintain a strong level of product knowledge and understanding across the sales team.
  ・Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective and efficient business processes.
