Business Development & Account ManagementProactively identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients in target sectors including Electric Vehicles (EV), Automotive, Advanced Medical Devices, LCD/Display, and Consumer Electronics.Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients, Tier-1 manufacturers, and key supply chain partners.Conduct client visits, deliver technical product presentations, and understand customer engineering/specifications for precision die-cut materials.2. Commercial Execution & Sales TargetsPrepare sales quotations, proposals, and commercial contracts in alignment with company margin and revenue targets.Work closely with the local Production, Engineering, and Quality Control teams to ensure custom project feasibility, prototype sampling, and timely deliveries.Track market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging industry demands to refine local sales approaches.3. Reporting & Operational AlignmentMonitor sales pipelines, track project progression from sampling to mass production, and submit regular sales activity reports.Follow up on sales orders, payment terms, and outstanding accounts receivable (AR) to maintain healthy cash flow.Coordinate cross-functionally with plant teams to resolve customer complaints or technical inquiries promptly.
