  • Job Description

    Key Role:
    Responsible for ensuring smooth casting operations by optimizing processes, solving production issues, and driving continuous improvements to achieve quality, productivity, and cost targets.

    Responsibilities:
    - Monitor and improve casting processes to ensure stable production performance.
    - Troubleshoot casting-related issues and identify root causes.
    - Optimize process parameters to improve product quality and reduce defects.
    - Support new model trials, process development, and mass production activities.
    - Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and teams to resolve process issues.
    - Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce production costs.
    - Other duties assigned by Head of Department from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
    - Fresh Graduate or Min 1 Years in related field, Manufacturing Automotive field is advantage. Fresh graduate from Local university is encouraged to apply.

    Skillsets:
    - Proficiency in Excel.
    - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    - Knowledge of casting and manufacturing processes.
    - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
    - Familiarity with quality control tools and root cause analysis techniques.
    - Good communication and teamwork skills.

    - Attendance Allowance (Condition : Full attendance) RM100 per month.
    - Meal Allowance RM5 per working day (~RM100).
    - Transport Allowance (Condition : 2-way Distance from Home to Company), Min RM300 - Max RM1,200.
    - Hardship Allowance RM130 per month
    - Morning Shift Allowance: RM2 per working day (e.g. RM2 × 20 working days = RM40)
    - Night Shift Allowance: RM7 per working day (applicable based on actual night shift attendance)
