  • Job Description

    • Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
    • Work closely with customer and respective internal teams to ensure the project are in schedule and on track.
    • To lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the business requirements.
    • Prepare project timelines, identify all resources requirement, and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
    • Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedure and government regulations.
    • Prepare plans for all NPI projects, coordinate with production, and ensure good quality product.
    • Ensure compliance to all the procedures and work instructions.
    • Assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high-volume products.
    • Develop prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes with internal.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Possess a Bachelor's Mechanical engineering or equivalent studies required.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering (CNC preferred).
    • Analytical and problem solving skills, strong leadership and interpersonal.
    • Possess good leadership skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, as well as good team working skills.
    • Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong organization and management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge in Microsoft project is added advantage
    • Strong analytical skill to troubleshoot and identify root cause of failure accurately.
    • Able to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
    • Meticulous in planning, possess strong teamwork and excellent project management and communication.
