  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and dynamic Production & Operations Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing team. Positioned within a high-precision instrumentation manufacturing environment, this role serves as a critical operational bridge between our local production floor, quality assurance teams, and senior Japanese management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in Japanese and English, a hands-on attitude toward floor operations, and a keen eye for maintaining exceptional standards of quality and efficiency.
  
  In this position, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day coordination of manufacturing workflows. Your daily tasks will range from monitoring assembly line progress and interpreting technical assembly documents to facilitating clear communication between Japanese technical specialists and local production staff. Because accurate communication is paramount in precision manufacturing, your ability to translate technical concepts, production schedules, and quality requirements into actionable operational plans will directly impact our factory's output and overall efficiency.
  
  Beyond liaison duties, you will play a active role in continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Working alongside production supervisors, you will help identify operational bottlenecks, track production yields, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with international quality management systems. Whether assisting in shop-floor problem-solving, reviewing inventory inputs, or preparing routine operational reports for management review, you will gain comprehensive exposure to end-to-end manufacturing processes in a supportive, multicultural setting.

  【Responsibilities】
  ・Cross-Cultural Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary language and operational bridge between Japanese management/technical advisors and local production line personnel to ensure clear understanding of goals and procedures.
  ・Production Line Support: Assist production supervisors in monitoring daily assembly targets, workflow efficiency, and line balancing to meet scheduled output deadlines.
  ・Technical & Operational Translation: Translate operational instructions, technical manual updates, internal memos, and quality standards between Japanese and English/Bahasa Malaysia as required.
  ・Quality Assurance Assistance: Work closely with the QA/QC team to communicate defect reports, assist in root-cause investigations, and track the implementation of corrective actions on the shop floor.
  ・Reporting & Documentation: Compile daily and weekly production output reports, inventory movement summaries, and operational updates for submission to the Plant Manager and expatriate executives.
  ・Process Improvement Support: Participate in 5S implementation, Lean manufacturing activities, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects across the assembly and packaging lines.
