    【Job Responsibilities】

    • Drive the promotion of new materials and support client certification processes.
    • Lead new project development and proposals, ensuring successful conversion into sales.
    • Provide technical support to PCB customers on material-related issues.
    • Collaborate with quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
    • Deliver technical support for ASEAN PCB customers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, or related courseworks
    • Experience: 5+ years in R&D, lamination process, or NPI at a large PCB manufacturer, OR 4+ years in technical support at a major PCB CCL manufacturer.
    • Proficiency in English (minimum CET-4 certification) and Mandarin. Japanese proficiency is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with CCL material properties and industry development trends.
    • Knowledge of PCB defect analysis and related methodologies

    • Other: Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
    • Solid understanding of PCB and HDI process flows; ability to independently resolve common customer issues.
    • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; detail-oriented and rigorous.
