    We are looking for a highly experienced Printing Assistantwith extensive expertise in offset printing operations and exceptional color accuracy skills to be part of our dynamic team.

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Lead and supervise offset printing operations (Ryobi / RMGT).
    - Ensure printing quality meets company and customer standards.
    - Monitor machine setup, color matching, registration, and troubleshooting.
    - Coordinate daily production schedule to meet deadlines.
    - Train, guide and monitor printing operators. Troubleshoot machine and printing issues.
    - Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 2 years experience in offset printing.
    - Strong knowledge of printing processes, color control, materials.
    - Able to work independently and under pressure.
    - Good communication and problem-solving skills.
    - Hands-on experience with Ryobi and/or RMGT offset printing machines.
    - Leadership skills with ability to manage a team.
    - Willing to work overtime / shift if required.
