    ■ JOB OVERVIEWS
    We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to support dealers and customers, and contribute to practical technical solutions across a growing regional business.

    ■ RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Provide engineering and technical support to dealers and customers across regional and international markets.
    • Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as troubleshooting guides, maintenance manuals, and maintenance procedures.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and technical issues efficiently.
    • Support ISO 9001:2015 quality requirements while maintaining proper documentation backups and confidentiality.
    • Monitor and manage RFI and Knowledge Base updates through in-house system, while contributing ideas for product and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, engineering, maintenance, or a related field

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    • Experience in the construction, engineering, automation, or maintenance industry.
    • Knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, or automated systems.
