  ■ Job Summary
  We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly motivated Assistant General Manager or Manager to join our expanding Chemicals Business Division. This is a newly created, permanent full-time position designed for an ambitious professional ready to drive business growth and champion cross-border trading initiatives within a premier global corporate environment.
  
  In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our commercial operations across domestic, import, export, and offshore markets. You will not only manage and add strategic value to our substantial existing business portfolio but also spearhead the development of entirely new revenue streams, identifying untapped opportunities in the chemical and industrial products trading sectors. Beyond business development, this position demands a natural leader and collaborator. You will work side-by-side with the Division General Manager and Team Leaders to shape the future of the division, contributing significantly to strategic organizational management, high-level business planning, and the mentorship and development of internal human resources.

  ■Responsibilities
  ・Sales, Marketing & Portfolio Management: Oversee and elevate day-to-day sales and marketing activities, ensuring the retention, satisfaction, and growth of our existing client pool.
  ・International Trading & New Business Development: Establish, execute, and expand chemical or industrial products trading businesses across domestic, export, import, and offshore markets; proactively design strategies to secure a sustainable new revenue base.
  ・Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Nurture, maintain, and strengthen vital relationships and communications with international suppliers, corporate customers, overseas regional offices, logistics forwarders, and key stakeholders.
  ・Division & Organizational Support: Actively assist the Division General Manager and Team Leaders in overarching organizational management, executing strategic planning, and fostering human resource and talent development within the division.
  ・Compliance & Corporate Governance: Rigorously adhere to all Internal Regulations and Global Company Policies, ensuring that operational, risk management, and financial reports are prepared and submitted on a timely basis.
