    ■ JOB PURPOSE
    Assist in the identification, planning, organization and implementation of sales strategies and plans so as to achieve maximum sales & profit in line with the agreed budget and targets.

    ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Sales and Business Development
    • To generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve overall annual business targets for the division.
    • To develop new business from core customers / existing customers as well as new customers.
    • To be able to attend to customer inquiries and claim independently.
    • To analyze Market trend and competitors’ movement, provide new business idea periodically.

    Customer and Supplier Relationship Management
    • To manage and maintain good relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
    • To provide good hospitality to supplier/customer from overseas when they visit Malaysia.

    Operational Efficiency
    • To demonstrate consistency in job performance and time management.
    • To ensure uninterrupted operations in the absence of personnel.
    • To support the sales manager in enhancing individual and team productivity.
    • To manage customer’s credit limit, accounts payable and ensure on-time collection.
    • To monitor and manage customers’ forecasts and inventories to ensure the customer demand can be met to minimize the warehouse rental cost and prevent the occurrence of over stock.
    • Resolve customer issues in timely and accurate manner to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.

    Team Coaching
    • To provide sales assistance and product training to junior staff.
    • To assist superior to ensure junior sales team carry out the business strategy accordingly.
    • To be able to gain respect from junior staff and always act as role models.

    Stress Management
    • To be able to manage stress and always ready to accept duties as assigned by the superior.

    Risk Management
    • To manage risk by understanding all the terms and conditions stated in quotation from supplier/to customer.
    • To Manage and assess supplier and customer credibility to ensure reliable business partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Possess over 8 years of BtoB sales, industrial sales or sales experience in trading house
    ・Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Candidate possess electronic related knowledge has advantage
    ・Candidate with Plastic, Chemical background can be considered as well
