    Role Objective
    We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Export Sales Executive to spearhead our B2B international sales initiatives for rubber thread products. In this role, you will leverage your background in Business Administration, Accounts or Finance to not only drive global revenue but also structure highly profitable, financially sound commercial agreements.

    With a strong focus on expanding our market share in the broader Asian manufacturing sector, you will be critical in building long-term partnerships with rubber thread buyers.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. B2B Export Sales & Business Development
    - Assist the area manager to identify, prospect, and secure new B2B accounts (manufacturers, distributors, and traders) across targeted international markets, particularly within Chinese-speaking regions.
    - Help manage the end-to-end export sales cycle for rubber thread products, from initial lead generation and product sampling to contract closing and post-sales support.
    - Help to initiate and develop and execute strategic export sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

    2. Account Management & Market Intelligence
    - Act as a commercial liaison for key overseas clients, conducting high-level negotiations and technical product discussions in both fluent Mandarin and English.
    - Travel internationally to attend trade shows, conduct site visits, and audit distributor performance.
    - Monitor global raw material trends (e.g., natural latex prices), competitor movements, and regional economic shifts to pivot sales strategies proactively.

    3. Financial Strategy & Commercial Administration
    - Pricing & Margin Analysis: Utilize your finance background to analyze costing, global rubber commodity indices, and freight costs to establish competitive yet profitable pricing strategies.
    - Trade Finance & Risk Management: Structure international payment terms, assess creditworthiness of overseas buyers, and manage Letters of Credit (L/Cs), minimizing commercial risks.
    - Prepare detailed financial forecasts, sales budgets, and variance analyses for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounts, Economics, or a closely related field.
    - Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B export sales, account management, or commercial trading.
    - Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
    - Experience in industrial manufacturing, gloves, rubber, textiles, raw materials is highly advantageous.
    - Financial Acumen: Strong capability in commercial math, margin calculations, and international trade finance (INCOTERMS, L/Cs).
    - Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
