• Job Description

  • Oversee all functions of the Production Operation, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures to maintain smooth, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes.
  • Direct and administer daily production activity to ensure meeting all deliveries schedule.
  • Collaborate with supporting departments or initiate actions to drive projects that improve product performance, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor production requirements to ensure objectives and targets are achieved.
  • Ensure operators meet designated Units Per Hour (UPH) and optimize material utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to achieve defined KPI targets.
  • Monitor and control overtime hours and overall operational costs.
  • Determine competence requirements for personnel handling chemicals, scheduled waste, or tasks with potential environmental impact.
  • Identify training needs and develop operator competencies to meet KPIs through clear communication, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of performance.
  • Resolve issues and disputes within the production area promptly and effectively.
  • Enforce 5S practices across all work areas to ensure workplace organization and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with RBA and Supplier Code of Conduct requirements.
  • Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/management.
