  ＜Job Summary>
  Lead ERP implementation and business transformation projects by driving requirement gathering, business process analysis (AS-IS / TO-BE), and system solution design.
  Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to deliver effective ERP and digital transformation solutions.
  
  <Job Description>
  ・Analyze business processes across departments such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, and design both AS-IS and TO-BE workflows
  ・Engage with users and stakeholders to identify operational challenges, business needs, and process improvement opportunities
  ・Lead requirement gathering and business process design for ERP implementation and system enhancement projects
  ・Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRD, SRS, and Functional Specifications
  ・Translate business requirements into system and functional requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to design optimal solutions
  ・Conduct Fit & Gap analysis between ERP package standard functions and business requirements, and propose customization or process improvements
  ・Work closely with technical teams on system architecture, data flow, interface/API integration, and solution design
  ・Act as the key liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution
  ・Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system implementation, and post-implementation process improvements
  ・Monitor project scope, timeline, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project delivery
  ・Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation (DX) projects across the organization
