Job Description
Looking for a detail-oriented candidate to support logistics and customer communication in a trading environment. The role involves coordinating deliveries, preparing documents, and handling inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and follow up on delivery status between suppliers and customers.
-Prepare necessary documents, including invoices, delivery orders (DO), purchase orders, and reports.
-Respond promptly and courteously to email and telephone inquiries.
-Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
-Preferably have experience in the trading industry, with knowledge of import and export processes.
Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Experience: Minimum 2-years BtoB sales experience in any industry.
- Basic sales calculation, Microsoft office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have own transportation and a driver license.

- Japanese skill
- Knowledge of import and exportEnglish Level

Additional Information
Benefit
Salary Package : MYR 4,000-6,000
★No commission- but for good performer, they will consider to provide:
1) Extra annual increment
2) Additional Bonus
★Travel Allowance for business trip
1) They will provide travel allowance
Domestic RM80・Overseas RM160 per day
2) Transportation and Stay(Necessary Expenses) can claim, company pays back immediately
★Working hours
<Pattern>
Monday to Friday / Lunch time 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Standard: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- A:7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- B:7:50 a.m. – 4:50 p.m.
- C:8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- D:9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Employees can choose their preferable time working pattern every month.
If there is any changes, must inform earlier to management/MD to get approval.Working Hour
08:40 ~ 17:40
Holiday
4 times of working on Saturday every year (Fixed on calendar)
