• Job Description

  ・To plan and implement new product launching or organize product exhibition whenever is necessary
  ・To analyze sales results, market share and brand profits and adjust plans where necessary
  ・To initiate product improvement as dictated by changes in customer requirements and competitor action
  ・To plan and organize suitable sales campaign, promotional items, or incentives for the customers
  ・To conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customers needs
  ・To negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objection
  ・To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
  ・To develop business opportunities and nurture relationship with architects, consultants and developers
  ・To prepare and conduct presentation to architects, consultants and developers whenever deemed necessary
  ・To source and provide new potential projects information in the market.,
  ・Handle customer’s enquiries and feedbacks
  ・Provide timely and accurate analysis and reports for decision making
  ・To perform other duties as required by the Management
