  • Job Description

    Seeking for Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for offset printing machinery at client sites.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Travel to client sites in Malaysia and ASEAN for machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
    - Provide technical support and training to client machine operators.
    - Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and ensure machines run efficiently.
    - Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
    - Work closely with the engineering team to escalate complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Service Engineer
    - Education Requirement: Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering
    - Working Experience: Min 2 years or above of experience with printing machinery
    - Able to troubleshoot and provide engineering-level support.
    - Able to travel around Asia countries and locally.

    Service Supervisor
    - Education requirement : Min SPM or Diploma in Engineering
    - Working Experience : Min 2 years as an "offset printing machine operator" or similar role.
    - Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in developing into a Service Engineer.
    - Required longer training period (up to 2 years) to obtain the skills required to qualify as an Offset Printer Service Engineer.
    - Able to travel around Asia countries and locally.
