    - Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
    - Taking and processing customer orders accurately
    - Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
    - Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including restocking and resetting tables
    - Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns
    - Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
    - Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
    - Assisting with other restaurant duties as required
    - Assist Store Manager to handle operations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    ・Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or food service industry
    *Fresh graduates can apply if they fulfill this requirements.

    【Advantage】
    ・Having Japanese skills (N3 above)

    - Salary: RM 2,350 ~ RM 4,000 (Depending on experience)
    - Working Hour:
    ①10:00 - 19:30 (Break time: 15:00 - 16:30)
    ②12:30 - 22:00(Break time: 15:00 - 16:30）
    - AL: 10days
    - MC: 14days
    - EPF, SOCSO, EIS
    - Medical Benefit: Injuries sustained within the restaurant premises are covered up to a specific amount.
    - Staff Meal: You can eat anything from the menu for RM5.
