  • Job Description

    • Manage and Lead the Hawkeye department to deliver quality and efficient preventive maintenance services and project implementation to our customers.
    • Manage and Lead Hawkeye Software development team to continue develop DCIM Software.
    • Maintain support services by meeting the customer’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms and conditions
    • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents such as equipment and or system failure.
    • Set KPI for engineers and software developer and keep track on their performance.
    • Ensure all engineers are observing and practice safety measure at all time.
    • Perform other work as instructed by superior when required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in electrical and electronic engineering or related field.
    • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
    • Be a team player, bringing can-do innovation and commitment to the support service and system development.
    • Preferably a manager specializing in managing complex Data Centre project delivery, lifecycle of software development, Data Centre Operation or equivalent.
    • Strong analytical skill, problem solving skill and interpersonal skill.
    • Good organizer, ability to prioritize workload and work with tight deadline.
