  • Job Description

    1) To implement and provide daily maintenance support of the network and infrastructure.
    2) Installing hardware/software and supporting IT helpdesk.
    3) To maintain and manage IT assets and User Access Right.
    4) To iden􀆟fy IT risks, threats and vulnerabili􀆟es in the company’s technology infrastructure.
    5) To ensure daily/weekly backup are successfully performed.
    6) Provide IT network/infrastructure related advice in designing and implement IT Security Control.
    7) Responsible for recommending, implement and managing security controls for system and network.
    8) Periodically reviewing the SOP, guideline, policy, procedure and control on network and infrastructure

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 1 year of experience dealing with office IT support
    ・Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
    ・Strong computer skills and able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Familiar with Excel VBA and Macro
    ・Familiar with VB.net and C#

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
    ・Good Interpersonal skills.
