    Summary
    The Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing inbound leads, and proposing customized product solutions. This role supports clients throughout the sales process while building long-term relationships to drive repeat business and growth.

    Job Responsibilities
    -Approach corporations and sole proprietors to acquire new customers and expand the client base
    - Promptly and professionally follow up with leads generated through the website, online advertisements, and inquiry forms
    - Identify customer needs, including usage scenarios (promotional activities, internal use, events, brand development), budget, and delivery timelines, and propose the most suitable customized products
    - Explain the platform’s features, product specifications, and pricing structure, and support customers from onboarding through order placement
    - Prepare quotations, confirm order details, and coordinate with internal teams (production and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Diploma or higher educational qualification
    - Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in the apparel manufacturing, trading, printing, or manufacturing industries
