  JOB PURPOSE
  System Engineers play a critical role in organizations by designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable IT infrastructure and systems. They are responsible for ensuring servers, networks, and system environments operate securely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. System Engineers also monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with other teams to support scalability, security, and business continuity, enabling smooth and stable operations across the organization.
  
  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Focus on systems and solutions implementation during project phases and after sales support.
  • Liaise closely with Pre-Sales and Project Management team during project implementation.
  • Keep track and update on system architecture design and information during project, upgrade and maintenance.
  • Support and work closely with Helpdesk and Technical team for after sales support.
  • Understand, test and contribute to technical support team in hardware parameter setting, software configuration and its application.
  • Perform technical fault finding and rectification related to software and system application.
  • Build good connection and communicate with principal to report and solve technical related problem with software and hardware.
  • Conduct, plan and organise product training to technical and helpdesk support team.
  • Complete any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
