  • Job Description

    Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading a successful sales team in achieving the company’s sales
    targets, generating revenue and improving profitability for the organization.

    Other roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
    1. Motivate and engage the sales team to ensure all work as a team
    2. Unite the team, set a good example for the team using good communication and deliver results effectively
    3. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor changes
    4. Provide business expertise when setting and reviewing pricing and discount rates
    5. Determine sales targets, performance objectives and standards for sales team
    6. Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
    7. Track sales performance and ensure each team member is delivering desired results
    8. Map potential customers and generate leads or new opportunities
    9. Connect and maintain relationship with clients/associates and network with industry stakeholders
    10. Ensure sales department work well cross functionally with other departments
    11. Plan and implement training programs, holding regular sessions with internal or external trainers
    12. Recruit, select, onboard and train/ coach new sales account managers

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least Diploma but ideally Degree certificate in any field
    - Experience :
    (MUST) At least 3 to 5 years of BD/sales experience
    (MUST) Min 3 years of managerial experience
    (PREFERABLY) Min 3 years in construction or similar industry and autocad knowledge

    - Require Skill :
    1. Strong rapport and relationship-building skills, opening doors and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers
    2. Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual, with solid experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals
    3. High achieving, ambitious, persistent and results-oriented
    4. Confident in business presentation with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage situations with diplomacy
    5. Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly
    6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members with a problem-solving attitude
    7. Alignment with Management’s direction and its growth strategies
