  • Job Description

    1. Develop and optimize assembly processes, process controls, and inspection methods to ensure stable quality and output.
    2. Conduct process risk analysis, OEE/KPI tracking, and implement improvement initiatives for productivity and yield.
    3. Review material flow, layout efficiency, and ensure proper documentation such as Work Instructions, Control Plans, and QIPs.
    4. Support production through cycle time studies, capacity planning, and manpower utilization analysis.
    5. Provide technical support for production equipment, including setup, parameter control, maintenance requirement definition, and troubleshooting.
    6. Lead or support equipment modification, improvement, and spare part management activities.
    7. Conduct training and competency assessments related to process, equipment, and production activities.
    8. Ensure compliance to quality, safety, and engineering standards during process and equipment implementation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics or other Engineering field.
    2. 1-3 year of experience in process, equipment, or manufacturing engineering.
    3. Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
    4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
    5. Familiar with lean manufacturing, SPC, PFMEA, OEE, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    6. Basic knowledge of equipment design, machine parameters, and preventive maintenance concepts.
    7. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software is an advantage.
    8. Good communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
