Job Description
- Discover new leads using modern methods like cold calls and networking. Tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop strategies to grow customer relationships and increase revenue.
- Present our products/services persuasively to secure deals with new and existing clients.
- Join forces with various departments to exceed customer expectations and maintain a dynamic CRM system. Ensure top-notch service to keep clients satisfied and loyal.
- Participate in industry events to broaden our reach and increase our brand presence.
- Continuously improve sales skills through ongoing training and development.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Skills required: Good sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, are a must. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for client relations, presentations, and reports.
- Team Player: Collaborate with different departments' team members to achieve client needs and business goals
- Adaptable Adventurer: Flexibility to travel, adapt to market changes, and manage multiple projects is crucial for success.English Level
