  • Job Description

    ・Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly reports on sales, labor costs, and key operational metrics to support management decisions.
    ・Serve as the primary liaison between local operations and Japan HQ, ensuring smooth information exchange and collaboration.
    ・Support Japan HQ's public relations initiatives and maintain brand consistency in the local market.
    ・Assist in coordinating and executing internal audit processes from Japan HQ.
    ・Contribute to improving operational efficiency and processes based on data analysis.
    ・Responsible for employee salary management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Open to fresh graduates
    - Proficient in English, Japanese and Malay (as you will be communicating with our Japan team/counterparts)
    -Driver's license holder and have own car.
    *N3 level Japanese is required ( Able to read and write in Kanji)
    - Experience in preparing reports
    - Comfortable working extensively at desktop and desk work stations

    ★Corporate Planning experience welcome.
    ★Strong communication skill with all levels, both via calls and in direct interactions.
