  • Job Description

    - Handle general office administration, including office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination.
    - Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
    - Manage payroll preparation, attendance, and leave administration.
    - Assist in drafting HR policies, guidelines, and employment contracts.
    - Coordinate training, staff activities, and performance appraisal processes.
    - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
    - Provide support to management in day-to-day administrative and HR matters.
    - Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

    - Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
    - Having 1 year of HR experience
