  • Job Description

    - Develop and implement trade marketing initiatives including campaigns, in-store events, and product sampling targeting restaurants and retailers.
    - Engage foodservice outlets (e.g. chicken rice shops, cafés, casual restaurants) with persuasive restaurant proposal pitches, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
    - Coordinate event logistics: sampling stations setup, promotional displays, staffing, and inventory management.
    - Monitor sales performance during trade activities; analyze data and generate recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
    - Collaborate with sales, brand, and supply chain teams to ensure aligned strategies and on-time execution.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and restaurant operators to drive visibility and trial.
    - Assist with budgeting, reporting, and evaluation of trade spend ROI.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
    - Having 3 years of experience of Sales Promotion in Food Business or FMCG industry
