- Job Description- • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets 
 • Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities across the region.
 • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with potential clients.
 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and logistics to ensure seamless customer service.
 • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
 • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
 • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
 • Provide leadership and coaching to junior sales staff where applicable.
Qualifications
- Requirement- <Requirements> 
 • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
 • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in E&E or semiconductor industries.
 • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical products.
 <Advantageous>
 • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
 • Ability to work independently and travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
 • Good communication in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
